Keith Loveman

Executive Director, Finance and Performance Improvement

Responsible for financial services and management, contracting, estates, capital planning and performance improvement.

BSc (Hons) Sports Science

Professional profile:
I joined the NHS in 1990, qualifying as an accountant in 1994.  I have worked in a variety of NHS finance settings but predominately with organisations providing mental health and learning disability services in Hertfordshire.  My most recent role was Deputy Director of Finance and Performance Improvement with HPFT, bringing the interrelated areas of finance and performance together.
