Health and Wellbeing Event

CVS (Council for Voluntary Service) for Broxbourne and East Herts, in partnership with the Trust, Herts Mind Network (HMN), East Herts Council, South Anglia Housing and Herts AID will be taking part in a special “Health and Wellbeing Event.”

The event, which will take place on the 30^th May 2012 between 16:00 – 19:00 at the Rhodes Centre in Bishop’s Stortford, will be a great opportunity to network, find out more about local health services, learn more about how to lead a healthier lifestyle and provide the opportunity to take part in a variety of exercise demonstrations including Zumba, International Dance and belly dancing.

On the day, all participants will have a chance to talk to various providers from local organisations including Alzheimer’s Society, mental health charities, have their blood pressure checked, listen to a motivational speaker and even enjoy some beauty treatments!
