Assessments

Our aim is to start your assessment within 28 days after receiving your referral. Your initial appointment(s) will involve you talking with a member of the team in order to assess the nature and severity of your difficulties and ways in which we might be able to help you. Where necessary we will try to signpost you to other more appropriate services or resources.

We also offer carers’ assessments to give carers an opportunity to discuss their own needs and to consider how best we can support them.
